What's included in a free membership?We are continiously uploading new classes, educational workshops programs and more. Some of it is available for free members and you will be the first to know when we host free and paid masterclasses, programs, sadhanas and others.

Membership PricingWhile you can access single programs for one month from £21, our memberships give you full access to all programs and our full library of classes. Memberships are available from a minimum of 3 months and start at £13.33/month for a full year and £15/month for 3 month.

What are Programs?Our core offerings are "21 Day Sadhanas" that consist of one main set (20-30 minutes) and several bonus-classes that support the Sadhana. Imagine a pharmacy full of nicely labeled bottles of medicine. Take that medicine for 21 days to change what you desire in your system. The idea of "Sadhana" (Discipline) is an ancient yogic practice. We commit to something that is challenging, but not overwhelming. By committing for at least 21 days, we develop the ability to keep showing up, even when resistance is there. By committing for 21 days, we rid ourselves of the decision-making involved in finding time and space for our daily practice. We recommend always doing it at the same time. If you for some reason can't do it for one of the days, you'll do it twice on the next. And you will feel great!

How often are new classes uploaded to the platform?While we upload classes regularly, we believe in quality over quantity and upload one curated program per month (minimum). Instead of weekly content, we focus on creating one valuable program a month, that can be a constant in your life during the month and forever after that. We believe that real change happens from being consistent and we hope we can be a part of that positive change in your life.

What is the ability level of the classes?There are practices suitable for all levels, as well as educational material that goes into the practice in workshop-form; from no experience in any of the techniques, up to more advanced level practices and immersions. Bespoke 1-2-1 Sadhana is also available on private request for those looking to go deeper in their practice or to resolve conflict or trauma in their lives.

How long are the classes?Offerings vary from 10 mins all the way up to over 60min practices - with new practices of varying lengths added weekly.

What Is Sattva Yoga?The style of yoga that I practice and teach is an holistic approach to the full spectrum of the yoga-vedantic teachings. Including movement, stillness, sound, silence, free movement, ritual, partner work, wisdom and contemplation.

How does the membership work?As a member of Insight Out Yoga you’ll have full access to the on demand library of classes, as well as all programs (Sadhanas) to do at your own pace for as long as your membership lasts. You’ll be the first to know about in person retreats, immersions and pilgrimages.
